Similar to the archetype micro dose capsules, these are a good dose to start with and they are high quality. Very productive and introspective when I use these.

I have not tied this yet but judging by my experience with the chocolate I am sure it will be good
I do feel a bit nauseous taking one in the morning with just water and no food, but at least I can assure that it’s an actual product and not placebo. Otherwise, great product and it really brings me more energy and life for several hours.
