Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship coast to coast within Canada only. We do not ship to the United States or internationally.

Shipping Rates

Orders over $125 qualify for free expedited shipping with tracking. Orders under $125 are charged a flat $19 shipping fee.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been received and approved. Orders placed before 1pm PST Monday to Friday are prioritized for same-day shipment whenever possible. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

We ship using express shipping services with tracking. Shipping to major centers usually takes 2-4 business days. Shipping to rural locations usually takes 3-5 business days. Shipping couriers do not deliver on weekends or holidays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, non-descript packaging. Packages are vacuum-sealed, securely packed, and sent in plain mailers or boxes to help protect privacy and product freshness.

Tracking

All packages are shipped using a traceable and secure shipping method. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Damaged, Missing, or Defective Orders

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or if you believe a product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate. Each complaint is reviewed by our management team on a case-by-case basis. When appropriate, a store credit, replacement product, or other resolution may be provided.

In the rare event that a package goes missing or is damaged during transit, we will do our best to make the situation right. This may include investigating with the shipping courier and determining the most appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. If the address provided is incorrect, this may result in delivery delays or additional shipping fees. We reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee to re-ship returned or undeliverable packages.

Out-of-Stock or Missing Items Before Shipment

If an item becomes unavailable or is found to be missing before shipment, we will attempt to contact you to discuss a replacement or adjustment. We may attempt contact for up to 3 days. If we do not receive a response, we may choose a replacement product that most closely matches the original item ordered.
