Because PE shrooms run stronger, their ranges sit lower than a standard strain’s. Don’t reuse your usual Golden Teacher amount. Weigh every dose on a scale accurate to 0.1g, start at the bottom of your range, wait the full 90 minutes before even thinking about more, and never redose in the same session. How to take Penis Envy magic mushrooms
Most people chew the dried pieces thoroughly and swallow. Steeping ground shrooms into a tea is easier on the stomach, or you can skip the prep with premade shroom tea or magic mushroom chocolate. Fat in chocolate can slow the onset, so don’t redose because it feels slow.
Skip the lemon tek. It makes the onset faster and harder, and with a strain this strong it isn’t worth it.
- Take them on a fairly empty stomach, and set up your space with water nearby before you start.

I’m a micro or mini doser. (1) Wholesome dried pure shrooms are almost always great, but (2) spacelabs microdose pills gave me a bad feeling (antsy, bad mood) and ingredients were not even listed (super disappointed about that.) fyi
