I had to complain about it’s only been a couple weeks of regular use so I haven’t necessarily noticed anything. But definitely giving them a whirl to see if they add some calm to my day.

Helps calm my anxiety
I like this product because it seems to calm my nervous system so I can rationally think about my fears of socializing, I get a lot of social anxiety especially at work but I’m more willing to face them head on when I take one capsule so I think it’s helping, I don’t take it daily though just when I very overwhelmed
In general, I believe it help reduce some anxiety symptoms such as overthinking and produce a general calming effect. I notice a bit more muscle pain than usual, and in different body areas than I usually have. It might be a side effect of that product, but I’m really not sure about that.
