Ingredients:
- Psilocybe Cubensis Mushrooms – P. Cubensis is a species of psychoactive Psilocybe mushrooms. The active content of P. cubensis is psilocybin which gets connected to our serotonin receptors after being digested to psilocin. The sensory overload that creates a trip is because different parts of the brain get hyper connected under psilocybin. All the mushrooms used in our capsules are from organic fruiting bodies grown at home. There are no added fillers, starch, grains, or mycelium.
- Lion’s Mane – This mushroom is as fierce as they come when it comes to vibrant health. Known to have unique neuroprotective capabilities, lion’s mane has been used to help improve cognitive function as it is said to increase the amount of NGF (nerve growth factor) in the brain, which may help reduce inflammation, encourage neural growth, + improve overall brain health. I like this product for micro dosing.
I’ve been using 3 capsules every 3rd day for 3 weeks now. I do notice a slight increase in my mood and productivity. Not sure when I will notice a big change.
Hard to say with these. I wanted to try a true micro dose but I didn’t notice anything. I tried 4 at once and still nothing.
These capsules do a nice job at providing a light boost to my day and helping me feel more grounded within myself. Highly recommend to beginners starting their shroom journey.

The first day I made sure I had had few responsibilities as I didn’t know how it was going to impact me. I felt a bit high so I’m glad I didn’t go anywhere e.g. drive but after that, it didn’t impact me as much. I am able to continue day to day activities while feeling a greater sense of clarity and happiness. I’m looking forward to continuing this journey.
