Take one capsule about an hour before bed, with water. Don’t drive, operate machinery or drink alcohol after taking it. Don’t use it if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or under 18. Melatonin can interact with blood thinners, blood pressure medication, diabetes medication and immunosuppressants. CBD can interact with medications processed by the liver, including some blood thinners and anti-seizure drugs. Magnesium can cause loose stools and interacts with some antibiotics and osteoporosis medications; don’t take it alongside another magnesium supplement without checking the total. If you take any prescription medication, check with your pharmacist first. Don’t combine it with alcohol or other sedatives.
