Dose MICRO is a low dose microdose capsule: 60mg of dried, ground Golden Teacher (Psilocybe cubensis) fruiting body plus 60mg of organic peppermint in a small 120mg vegan capsule. That’s a little over half the psilocybin of a typical 100mg microdose capsule, which is the whole point. It lets cautious or sensitive people start lower and build up only if they need to.

Dose uses the fruiting body only, the actual mushroom, with no mycelium or grain filler. Every capsule is vegan, gluten free and non-GMO.
A 60mg microdose is intentionally light. Many people feel nothing at all from one capsule, especially at first. That doesn’t mean the product is weak or broken. It means you have room to adjust. Give one capsule a fair two weeks, then decide whether to move to two.

Be realistic about the evidence. Research on microdosing is still early, and placebo-controlled studies have found that many of the benefits people report also show up in people who were unknowingly taking a placebo. Some people notice a clear difference, some a subtle one, and some nothing after a month. If that’s you, it may simply not be for you, and that’s fine.
How to take Dose MICRO
Take your capsule in the morning with breakfast on dose days. Food helps your stomach and evens out the effect. The two common schedules:

If you settle on two capsules per dose, halve those times. Keep short notes on sleep, mood and focus, and take a break of a couple of weeks between pouches. Don’t microdose every day.
Start with one capsule. Stay there for at least two weeks before moving to two. Don’t drive the first time you take Dose MICRO, until you know how it affects you, and skip your dose the morning after drinking.

Storing Dose MICRO
Keep the pouch sealed at room temperature, somewhere dry and away from heat and sunlight. Don’t refrigerate it. Capsules look a lot like ordinary supplements, so store them apart from your vitamins and well out of reach of children and pets.

Is Dose MICRO good for beginners?
Yes. At 60mg per capsule it’s one of the lowest doses we sell, so it’s a sensible beginner microdose for anyone who’s cautious or sensitive to medication.
Will Dose MICRO make me high?
It shouldn’t. One capsule is well below the point where most people feel altered. If you notice visual changes or feel impaired, stay home and stick to one capsule.
Should I take one capsule or two?
Start with one for two weeks. If you notice nothing, two capsules (120mg) is a standard microdose. Don’t jump straight to two.
Why is there peppermint in it?
Some people get an unsettled stomach from mushrooms, and peppermint is a common way to ease that. It isn’t psychoactive and doesn’t change the strength.
Can I split a capsule for an even smaller dose?
Some people open capsules and divide the powder, but it’s hard to do accurately by eye. One whole capsule is already a light dose for most adults.

2 pills worked with paul stammets method. Great for productivity and helps get over and move on with things which keeps you blocked from enjoying the life. Off course you have to do the work, it won’t work if you still want to cling to things that are not good for you! But if you have will to make your life better, this helps.
