Archetype AURA capsules combine 100mg of Golden Teacher with 225mg of schisandra berry, 160mg of Lion’s Mane and 15mg of niacin in every 500mg capsule. It’s a creativity microdose built around a classic idea, psilocybin with Lion’s Mane and niacin, with schisandra added as the main supporting herb.
AURA is the same formula Archetype used to sell as Archetype Discover under the Jeanneret Botanical name; only the name changed. Pairing Lion’s Mane and schisandra is the formula’s signature, and at 100mg of Golden Teacher it’s a standard-strength microdose.

None of the added ingredients is psychoactive. The capsule weighs 500mg in total, but only 100mg is mushroom.
Schisandra can change how your body handles some medications. It can affect liver enzymes that break down many drugs, including the transplant drug tacrolimus. If you take any prescription medication, ask your pharmacist before starting AURA.
About Archetype
Archetype is a Golden Teacher microdose line that was previously sold under the Jeanneret Botanical name; AURA, for example, used to be called Discover. AURA has only a few reviews so far. One buyer said it worked within their expectations, and another said it was too soon to tell.

That’s thin evidence either way, so give it a fair trial: Archetype says to allow 3 to 4 weeks.
Be realistic about the evidence. Research on microdosing is still early, and placebo-controlled studies have found that many of the benefits people report also show up in people who were unknowingly taking a placebo. Some people notice a clear difference, some a subtle one, and some nothing after a month. If that’s you, it isn’t a sign you need more.
How to take Archetype AURA
Archetype’s direction is one capsule every three days, in the morning, with food. If caffeine makes you jittery, keep your coffee modest on dose days.

Archetype says it can take 3 to 4 weeks to notice a difference. Keep short notes on sleep, mood and focus, and take a couple of weeks off between bottles. Don’t microdose every day: tolerance builds within days.
Stay at one capsule for at least three or four weeks before changing anything. Don’t drive the first time you take AURA, and skip your dose the morning after drinking.

AURA specifics: schisandra may raise or lower levels of medications processed by the liver, including tacrolimus, so check with your pharmacist if you take prescriptions. It isn’t well studied in pregnancy. Skip it if you’re allergic to mushrooms. Don’t combine psilocybin with lithium, tramadol or MAOIs, and talk to your prescriber first if you take an SSRI or any other antidepressant.
